Performa releases Performa Product Suite R3.0
Performa, the leading supplier of GIPS software to the Investment Management Industry, has announced the release of R3.0 of its Performa Product Suite (PPS), comprising its flagship composite maintenance tool, PerformaGlobal, the associated Excel Report Module (PerformaXRM) and the Intranet Reporting Module (PerformaIRM).
This latest versions give an updated look and feel to the system and brings increased functionality to the user-friendly GUI. Furthermore, clients now have complete reporting flexibility: R3.0 includes the ability for clients to simply and quickly create bespoke reports and, in a few simple steps, make these reports available across the entire enterprise through either PerformaGlobal or the PerformaIRM.
Just seven years ago, the first version of PerformaGlobal was installed in London. Today, the Performa Product Suite is used in over 50 client sites around the globe. This growth has seen Performa’s revenues rise 651% over the period and profitability increase to 35% in the last financial year..
“This latest solution provides clients with an extremely flexible and powerful, enterprise-wide reporting solution,” Dean Brown, CEO of Performa, commented. “Our ongoing product development shows our commitment to continue to offer innovative solutions to help our clients meet their business requirements. It also demonstrates our commitment to maintaining the position of PerformaGlobal as the best and most widely-used GIPS compliance tool in the industry.” .
David Peacock, Performa’s CTO, added “This release is part of Performa’s continuing efforts to cater for the evolving needs of our client base. Performa ensures that these releases are easy to implement, giving our clients the opportunity to make a quick impact to improve their business.”
Seven of the world’s top twenty asset managers already use PerformaGlobal to manage their GIPS compliance activities, and R3.0 will retain the attributes that these firms rely on. New features, however, such as the upgrade to Microsoft’s .NET toolset, allow for improved system performance and even easier global deployment. This new version of PPS is first and foremost a delivery on client requests - a service that Performa sees as essential to maintaining their strong client relationships. Enhancements such as the increased reporting flexibility through the incorporation of the PerformaXRM reporting capabilities into PerformaGlobal and the migration of the software platform to .NET are a direct result of Performa’s continuing collaborative relationship with their end users.
