Performa News:

Charity Days
As part of Performa's commitment to charitable programmes, last year we introduced an internal initiative offering our staff time away from their normal duties to carry out charitable work. One of our Business Development Consultants, Maxine Lewis, took this opportunity to help her chosen charity, an International anti-poverty Non-Governmental Organisation.

The project objective was to canvass the views and recommendations of the organisation's contributors in order to promote positive changes to internal communication. Based on interviews with key individuals, Maxine produced a report providing independent analysis of the current methods of communication and how effective these methods were. Maxine concluded the project by facilitating a feedback session to help staff discuss and implement the recommendations identified in her report.

We are pleased to report that Maxine continues to maintain contact with this charity.

5TH Anniversary
This month, Performa celebrates five years in business providing software tools and professional consultancy to the investment management industry. Accordingly, we are planning to recognise this corporate landmark in traditional manner - by holding a drinks evening. Look out for your invitation - it could be with you shortly.

WealthNet Article
Recently we were pleased to be approached by our colleagues in the Wealth Management industry with a view to offering our view of the likelihood of an impact by GIPS on the "HNW/UHNW" sector. Our submission was published in the inaugural edition of a new periodical entitled the Wealth Technology supplement to the Wealth Management magazine. Both are accessible via www.thewealthnet.com.
