Global Investor Roundtable
Anthony Howland (Performa) joined John Stannard (Russell Investment Group), Jim Trotter (Northern Trust) and Remco van Eeuwijk (ABN AMRO) for an interesting and lively discussion on GIPS and other performance issues at the offices of Global Investor. PARM 14 - Free Spirits
This annual conference always attracts well in excess of 100 people and this year was no exception. A good blend of presentations ranging from some of the more esoteric mathematical issues in performance, combined with presentations on more practical subjects, such as the role of the performance team and lessons from system implementations, made for another successful event. Performa's "booze tube" competition at the event involved guessing the number of miniatures in the container. Matt McCarthy of BlackRock (formerly Merrill Lynch) was the lucky winner and hopefully enjoyed a very "Merry" Christmas consuming his prize!
Christmas Party - High Spirits
Many thanks to all those who joined the Performa team for our festive celebrations last year. The event is a token of our appreciation to our clients and industry contacts who continue to support the company and assist us in maintaining our position in the industry.
