PerformaXRM Custom Reports
When a reporting requirement extends beyond the current suite of standard PerformaGlobal reports, or an unusual data request is presented, the PerformaXRM application gives total Excel-based custom reporting flexibility to all PerformaGlobal clients.
PerformaServices offers our Clients custom built PerformaXRM reports which are fully integrated into PerformaGlobal.
The benefit to having PerformaServices build a custom report is that they will be maintained by Performa in the same way as the current suite of PerformaGlobal standard reports and are run in the same way through PerformaGlobal.
By using the PerformaXRM, it is possible to extract most static and time-series data stored within the application. And, by using the functionality of Excel, create any style of custom report.
In order to deliver a PerformaXRM report that exceeds the Clients’ expectations, the following process must be applied:
- Client Provides Specification
- Complete Analysis
- Fit to Costing Structure
- Create Proposal with Delivery Date & Cost
- Internal Sign-off
- Written Sign-off by client
- Custom Report Creation Begins
