Client Management
The Performa Client Management Team is responsible for ensuring our Clients always receive a quality service which continues to exceed the highest levels of expectation within the industry. The team is run by Andrew Cheeseman. Andrew has been fulfilling this role since the summer of 2000.
It is our view that Performa Clients should expect three things from our Service:
- To receive added value from Performa each year
- Software that keeps pace with their business needs
- A Client Manager who is proactive, helpful & informed

Richard Warrington
Richard joined our team in Summer 2004.
Richard has been working within the investment management industry for 5 years and has occupied performance focused roles at both Gartmore Investment Management and GAM UK Ltd. The position at GAM UK Ltd saw Richard progress from junior performance analyst to taking management of a product development team with responsibility for the data management and business requirements for the Global Investment Performance Standards. As such, he is a great asset in the role of Client Manager - to further boost our Client Service Department.

Andrew Riley
Andrew joined Performa early in 2005 making the transition from investment management into software.
Andrew started his career in performance measurement spending 18-months working as a performance analyst, modelling and measuring the performance of Institutional Pension Fund restructures for Russell/Mellon. Most recently he worked for two investment houses in client events and as a key client manager for Deutsche Asset Management and Société Générale respectively before joining the Performa Client Service team.
Combining his performance experience with time in the industry, Andrew's goal is to consistently exceed client expectations to ensure they maximise their investment in PerformaGlobal.

Dominique Fox
Dom joined Performa in April 2005 having spent 5 years at Russell/Mellon. Dom is responsible for, amongst others, one of Performa's most established Global Clients.
During her time at Russell/Mellon, Dom progressed through roles including Performance Measurement on the Client Reporting teams; analysing and producing performance information for Pension Trustees. Whilst on the Technical Liaison Team she was responsible for Attribution reporting, maintaining the performance database with multi-period standard and custom indices, and providing ad-hoc market information. Her most recent position was on the Quality Assurance team as a software testing consultant.
